About Us

Alba is a Block, Estate & Residential Management and Lettings Company based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. Founded in 1989 Alba has built a solid reputation as one of the leading property management agencies in Berkshire & Buckinghamshire.

In 2009, to meet local demand for high quality leasehold management services, Alba Management started managing blocks of flats and estates.  Alba’s block and estate management service is now proudly provided to more than eighty properties throughout the Thames Valley.  Our prime locations of operations are Marlow, Maidenhead, High Wycombe, Beaconsfield, Gerrards Cross, Slough, Windsor, Reading, Wokingham and many other smaller towns and villages.

We continue to let and manage over one hundred residential rental properties for both individual and portfolio landlords throughout Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and the greater London area

Tom Dawson - Managing Director

Tom (MIRPM, AssocRICS, MARLA) has been with Alba since 2002. Tom is responsible for overall management of the business and deals with new business enquiries and client set up. Tom also liaises with insurance brokers on behalf of clients to obtain the best possible cover and premiums for our block and estate clients. Tom’s experience and qualifications are a great help to clients when they need assistance with challenging problems.

Jennifer Gibbons - Senior Property Manager

Jennifer (AIRPM, MARLA, Cert.CIH) joined Alba in 2014 and rapidly became a vital part of our team. With good knowledge of Housing, Residential and Block Management, Jennifer is a strong all rounder who is focused on ensuring Alba provide a good service to our clients. Jennifer manages Alba’s team of Property Managers and is in regular contact with our clients.

Shaun Macaskill - Block & Estate Manager

Shaun manages accounts for our block & estate clients. His typical day involves estate inspections, client meetings, instructing repairs, resolving breaches of covenant and looking after the health & safety of our managed blocks. Shaun is hard working, readily contactable and has the sense of humour that is sometimes needed to tackle the challenges of property management.

Anuschka Miehle - Block & Estate Manager

Anuschka manages accounts for our block & estate clients. Her typical day involves estate inspections, client meetings, instructing repairs, resolving breaches of covenant and looking after the health & safety of our managed blocks. Anushka is hard working, readily contactable and always happy to help.

Harrison Frost - Property Manager

Harrison takes care of the hands on side of property management. His duties include carrying out property inspections, instructing maintenance works, dealing with deposit refunds and a wide variety of other tasks. Always approachable and eager to help, Harrison takes pride in doing a good job.

Jordan Banks - Media Manager

Jordan is our in house media manager. In charge of marketing, brand development, awareness and online and social content management.

Deborah Belsham - Property Manager

Deborah looks after our residential management and lettings clients and has a wealth of experience meaning that she can take problems in her stride.

 

Accounts

Our accounts team consists of Imogene Wood (Service Charge Accountant) and Parmveer Brar (Accounts Assistant).  They work hard together to accurately process financial information and answer client queries quickly and clearly.
