Property Management
As Managing Agents we would be responsible for the day-to-day management that would include:
- The collection of rent and regular accounting to you
- The holding of the tenant's security deposit in a bonded account (as NAEA members we undertake compliance procedures which in turn provide for client protection)
- The compliance and issue of statutory safety certification
- The arranging of appropriate insurance
- Periodic inspections of the property
- The co-ordination and deployment of contractors to undertake any required maintenance
- The transfer of utility accounts at the commencement and closure of a tenancy
- The liaison and reporting for tenancy terminations with advice (if required) regarding the recovery of the property and any outstanding rent
