As an ARLA Licensed Agent we adhere to a professional code of conduct and always strive to provide the best possible service to our clients.  Our property management service includes:

• Rent collection and regular accounting to you.
• Co-ordination of necessary repair and maintenance works.
• Regular property inspections.
• Holding and registering tenant’s deposits in accordance with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
• Co-ordinating any necessary cleaning and repairs at the end of a tenancy and arranging the apportionment and return of a tenant’s deposit.
• Transferring utility accounts at the start and end of tenancies.
• Arranging inspection and testing of gas and electrical appliances and issuing safety certificates.
• Obtaining quotes and setting up property and landlord insurance policies (if required).
