Property Management

As Managing Agents we would be responsible for the day-to-day management that would include:

  • The collection of rent and regular accounting to you
  • The holding of the tenant's security deposit in a bonded account (as NAEA members we undertake compliance procedures which in turn provide for client protection)
  • The compliance and issue of statutory safety certification
  • The arranging of appropriate insurance
  • Periodic inspections of the property
  • The co-ordination and deployment of contractors to undertake any required maintenance
  • The transfer of utility accounts at the commencement and closure of a tenancy
  • The liaison and reporting for tenancy terminations with advice (if required) regarding the recovery of the property and any outstanding rent
