Block Management
Our aim is to provide a personal service of the highest level to each of our block management clients. By providing a dedicated property manager to look after your development, you can be confident that enquiries will be dealt with by somebody with first hand knowledge of the property. We think that good communication is the key to successful block management, and you can be sure that your dedicated property manager will be easy to contact and will provide a timely response to any queries.
The block management service includes:
- Regular property inspections to ensure the good condition of the grounds and buildings.
- Programming planned maintenance and monitoring service contracts.
- Provision of dedicated telephone line for reporting emergency maintenance issues.
- Collecting service charges and ground rents.
- Holding funds in designated, named client accounts.
- Managing the block’s accounts.
- Arranging insurance cover.
Alba’s block management service is provided by our General Manager, Tom Dawson. Tom is an Associate Member of the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM Level 1, Distinction). The IRPM is a professional Institute whose objective is to promote and stimulate improvements to the technical and general knowledge of individuals engaged in property management of leasehold properties.
